Politics 51 Shares Verdict day clash: Anticipatory bail for BNP-allied lawyers Zainul, Khokon

The High Court has granted anticipatory bail to Supreme Court Bar Association President Zainul Abedin and Secretary AM Mahbub Uddin Khokon.

Equity Obaidul Hassan and Justice Krishna Debnath allowed the abandon Sunday. 

Legal advisors for Zainul and Khokon said they will be on safeguard until the point when police present the report for the situation. 

Moudud Ahmed and Sagir Hossain Leon spoke to Zainul Abedin at the hearing while Deputy Attorney General Jahangir Alam spoke to the state. 

Police and BNP activists conflicted on Feb 8 as BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia was headed to court to hear the decision in the Zia Orphanage Trust join case. 

Police recorded three cases at Ramna Police Station claiming savagery and block of equity. Zainul and Khokon are charged in every one of the three cases. 

Upwards of 180 individuals had been blamed in each for the three cases.
